Ingredients:

Pomelo 1
Naranja 2
Palta 2
Camarones 200 GR
Ciboullete c/n
Salt and pepper c/n
Mango dressing 30 CC
Olive oil 50 CC.

Preparation:

Pelar a vivo las naranja y el pomelo, realizar bolitas de palta, agregarle el jugo de limón y reservar. Saltear los camarones en un wok con aceite de oliva. Preparar una vinagreta con sal y pimienta, el aderezo de mango y el aceite de oliva e incorporar el resto de los ingredientes. Servir tibio y decorar con ciboulette.
