Ingredients
- Onion
- Green peppers
- Vegetables to taste
- Soy sauce
- Garlic in powder
- Pepper black
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into pieces of, approximately, a centimeter thick.
- Add all the ingredients in a pan with a tablespoon of oil of olive to temperature medium and FRY during 8 or 10 minutes.
- Serve with a slice of whole wheat bread.
