Salmon and Zucchini in Parchment

Super easy and light dinner in parchment. It serves two. Perfect date dinner of the night soon too for- What's more than love?

11. Divided Zucchini, Onion, butter in two sheets of parchment paper. Place your batteries in one half of the parchment paper (You'll have the other half folding over later).

2Cut the lemon in half and squeeze 1 tablespoon more or less of juice in each pile of vegetables. Cut the other lemon half and place a slice of lemon on top of vegetables. Add salt and pepper.

42. Add the salmon to the pile of vegetables! Squeeze more juice fresh lemon over salmon and add fresh or dried dill, In addition to salt and pepper the steaks more.

63. While you have been preparing their scrolls, Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Once the oven is preheated fold parchment in half and bend, and the crunch of the edges as if a paper bag. The seal may be imperfect but try to get it to seal. The steam will help to cook everything.

7Place in the oven and cook for 15-17 minutes. Enjoy directly parchment paper or content side off in a dish.

1/3 sliced onion

1 lemon

1 Zucchini sliced into half moons

Dill
