Fried Ice Cream

Directions

1First make egg foam by beating the egg whites and gradually add the sugar.

2Put an aluminum foil in a baking pan and on it the Chinese Almond Cookies.

3On each cookie put a tablespoon of vanilla ice cream and on it gradually the egg foam mixture.

4Bake on temperature of 250 degrees Celsius for 2 to 3 minutes.

Ingredients

3 egg whites

1 cup of vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup of sugar

Chinese Almond Cookies
