Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 Cup of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- 4 Fresh peaches, cut into slices
- 4 Chilean plums cut into slices
Instructions
- -in a bowl, with electric mixer, mix the butter and the sugar until a whitish creamy texture
- -Add one one eggs beating well, until they are incorporated into the mix.
- -Add the sifted flour and the vanilla essence. Beat to incorporate all ingredients and reserve
- -Preheat oven to 180 GC / 350 GF.
- -Butter a baking large pudding type or 4 individual and arrange peaches and plums in the background. Add the dough that I book and bake Bain-Marie, i.e., on a refractory with water, during 15/20 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- -Serve pudding served with Worcestershire sauce.
