Ingredients
- 1 paprika red seeded and cut into cubes
- 2 1/2 pounds of potatoes
- 1/2 Cup nonfat dry milk
- 1 Cup milk cream
- 6 tablespoons mixed herbs, chopped
- 1 1/2 pounds of fish fillet, cut in 4 porciones
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons white wine
Instructions
- -Preheat the burner to high temperature. Broil paprika until it negree and put it in a plastic bag so cool. Peel and chop. Cook the potatoes in water slightly salty during 10-12 minutes; drain them, Peel and add the milk and cream; then grind them and stir everything up mash.
- -Wrap the fish with the herbs. season. heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the fish, reduce heat and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove the fish, Add the pepper to the Pan and cook over high heat. Reheat the puree and season.
- -Serve the fish on a layer of mash and spread over peppers. It can also accompany with grated carrot.
