Ingredients
- CRUST
- 175 grams of butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup flour
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 1/2 Cup of cornstarch
- FILLING
- 50 grams of butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 Tin of La Lechera® sweetened condensed milk
- DECORATION
- 1/4 Cup of white chocolate chunks
- 1/2 Cup of chocolate milk in pieces
- 1/4 Cup of semi-sweet chocolate chunks
Instructions
- To make the crust: Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, grease and flour a springform Cake Pan. Beat butter with sugar until fluffy, gradually add cocoa, the flour and cornstarch; mix to a paste. Finger press to cover the mold. Chop with a fork so that the dough is puffed. Bake 25 minutes and let cool.
- To make the filling: melt very low the butter with the sugar and condensed milk, stir well until everything is well incorporated and the dissolved sugar (This mixture should take a light golden color), remove from heat and let cool slightly before pouring over crust.
- To elaborate decoration: carefully melt the three chocolates to Bain-Marie, pour over pie in strands, with a toothpick gently mix to get the marbled effect, leave to cool and serve.
