Ingredients
  1. ½ Cup whole wheat flour
  2. ¼ of teaspoon of yeast
  3. 2 tablespoons of whey protein vanilla
  4. 2 TSP of brown sugar
  5. ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  6. ¼ cup chopped Street
  7. ⅓ Cup of almond milk
  8. 1 egg
  9. 3 egg whites
  10. 1 tablespoon of nonfat yogurt
  11. 1 tablespoon water
  12. ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  13. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  14. 1 spoonful of olive oil
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until a dough of nice texture forms.
  2. Pour the olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  3. When the oil is hot, pour a bit of dough to form pancakes. Let Cook for a couple of minutes and the underside is golden. Turn them over and cook another couple of minutes.
  4. Serve.
