This recipe for hake, along with the of "Hake in Green Sauce" they are my favorite when it comes to cooking a fish so rich and beneficial.

Ingredients
  1. 1 kg of hake in slices
  2. raw shrimp or prawns (a few 8 prawns or 16 prawns)
  3. cockles
  4. Onion
  5. garlic
  6. white wine
  7. two tablespoons of olive oil.
Instructions
  1. Put the oil with the onion and chopped garlic in a pan.
  2. When it begins to Brown add the slices of hake previously salted and floured.
  3. We have to take a little bit of color and give back.
  4. Add a glass of white wine, the cockles and prawns.
  5. We left a couple of minutes and add a glass of water.
  6. Salt to taste, cover and let simmer for 10 or 15 minutes.
