Ingredients
- 8 medallions of beef tenderloin.
FOR THE MARINADE
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 minced medium onion

- 60 grams of roquefort cheese
- 1/4 Cup milk cream.
Instructions
