Sole and prawns baked with a variety of cherrys tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 filets of sole
- 300 g of prawns
- 250 GR's variety of tomatoes cherrys
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 sprigs of thyme or other fresh herb
- 50 GR of olives black
- 50 GR of capers
For the mojo
- 30 Sherry cm3
- 60 cm3 of lemon juice
- 30 cm3 of olive oil
- Lemon zest
- Olives black
- Blades of thyme
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- STEP 1
- In a bowl, place all the ingredients of the mojo, with the olives just chopped and book.
- STEP 2
- In a greased baking pan place the filets of sole, tomatoes, thyme, olives, capers and shrimp.
- STEP 3
- Add grated lemon and before placing in the oven, the mojo.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or when tomatoes start to explode.
