Is the easiest way to make ice cream with an ice cream machine. But if you can't find the machine or want to do it with what you have at home, simply follow the steps below:

Ingredients
  1. Pulp of 1 vanilla (cut a pod lengthwise and with a spoon, remove the pulp) or failing 2 to 3 teaspoons vanilla extract (ensure that it is extract from natural vanilla and not vanillin - all case is a matter of taste and of what can be achieved)
  2. 250 ml evaporated milk
  3. 250 ml of cream
  4. 5 Eggs
  5. 100 GR. sugar

Instructions
  1. Refrigerate (do not freeze) milk cream (for those who are in Germany susse Sahne) from one day to another. Pour the cream in a large bowl and beat with electric mixer until triple its size (to prepare whipped cream). Beat at a constant speed to avoid cutting the cream.
  2. Beat in another container clear whites, If usa the same Blender remember to wash and dry mixer to make the point of snow. In a pot add the evaporated milk, the sugar previously mixed with the egg yolks and vanilla pulp (If you have on hand only the vanilla extract add this after removing the pot from the heat)
  3. Turn on the kitchen and move the mix constantememnte with the ladle in wood to avoid burning the bottom of the pot. Begins to boil remove from heat. Add vanilla extract (only if did not add vanilla pulp previously)
  4. In one of the containers go slowly mixing the 3 preparations of enveloping form with a spatula. mix until a homogeneous consistency is. Refrigerate the mixture until it begins to curdle (a film will form) remove from the refrigerator to beat, always at speed constant so that you do not cut and finally put to freeze for a few hours. Ready!

Instructions
  1. Cook the pulp of vanilla (or vanilla extract) with milk and cream. Leave to cool.
  2. In another container, whisk the egg yolks of egg with sugar, then mix with the milk mixture, vanilla and already cold cream. Pour into a mold and finally freeze for a few hours. A creamy consistency is achieved through shakes each 15 minutes. It is somewhat laborious but the result is worth.
Notes
  1. To be an ice cream home-made and contain no preservatives or other, ice cream stays fresh and flavored unchanged until after four days.
