Stay healthy with this delicious recipe for chickpea burgers, they are very easy to make, Special for when you run out of meat in the fridge.

Ingredients
  1. 150 g of chickpeas.
  2. 50 GR. chopped Bacon.
  3. 1/2 Onion.
  4. 1 Egg.
  5. Flour.
  6. Bread crumbs.

Instructions
  1. Put the chickpeas to soak all night. Cook with water and salt in a pot during 30 minutes. (Also worth us a jar of chickpeas cooked canned). We pass them through the Blender.
  2. In a frying pan with two tablespoons of oil not very hot, chop the onion, Add the bacon and sauté it a little. Add the minced parsley.
  3. Mix beaten egg, a little bread crumbs, crushed chickpeas and onions with bacon and parsley, until a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Form patties and pass them through the flour and the FRY.
  5. You can serve with chips or with a garnish of peas and carrots, or even, with tomato, lettuce and cheese like a hamburger meat.
