Mango Granita
Ingredients for four people:
- 3 handles.
- 1/2 lemon.
- A grenade.
- 4 tablespoons sugar (60 GR).
- 4 tablespoons of grenadine.
Elaboration:
- We put a saucepan with a glass of water on the fire. When it starts to boil add the sugar and let it over heat slow during 10 minutes. We depart and leave to cool.
- Peel and pitted two of the handles, cut the flesh into small pieces. Add the lemon juice and the water with the sugar and it beat everything until homogeneous.
- We poured the mixture in a bowl and put it in the freezer ones 3 or 4 hours, until it begins to harden.
- At that time, until a block of ice is made, deal it in 4 glass bowls.
- We also deal another mango cut into thin slices, We take by over a teaspoon of grenadine to each bowl and completed with grains of Pomegranate.
