Ingredients
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 package Strawberry gelatin
  • 3 cups of beets, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 3 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 Tin of condensed milk
  • 1 Cup cream
  • 1 cup orange juice
Instructions
  1. In a pot boil 3 cups of water, empty gelatin powder and stir well. Turn off. Pour a small amount of the gelatin into a mold and spread 3/4 Cup of grated beets, refrigerate until semicuajar.
  2. Meanwhile in 1/2 Cup water hydrate the gelatin until fluffing, then heat a Bain-Marie or in the microwave until it becomes liquid and mix with the rest of the strawberry gelatin.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk, the cream and move to integrate. At the end, Add the beets and orange juice. Pour into the mold of Strawberry gelatin and refrigerate until set completely, unmold and serve.
