Ingredients
- 2 butter cups
- 2 cups of white sugar
- 2 cups of brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 6 cups quick cooking oats
- 2 cups of chocolate chips
- 2 cups of walnuts chopped and
- 1 Cup coconut
- 1 Cup of raisins
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until it is soft. Beat the eggs one to one, then add the vanilla. Combine flour, the salt and baking soda and stir in sugar mixture until well incorporated. Mix oats, then add the chocolate pieces, nuts, coconut and raisins. Drop by tablespoons full on sheets for baking.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven or until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool for a few minutes in the Pan before removing the wire racks that to cool completely.
