Ingredients
  1. 1 ½ Cups of milk evaporated Carnation
  2. 1 ¼ Cups of La Lechera sweetened condensed milk
  3. 8 Ounces or 220 grams of cream cheese
  4. 5 Eggs
  5. 1 Tablespoon of lemon zest
  6. 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  7. 1 Stick of butter at room temperature
For candy
  1. 1 Cup sugar
  2. 2 Tablespoons water
  3. 1 Sliver of cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Take the fire candy ingredients and cook to form a thread.
  2. Cover a round mold of 8 inches or 20 centimentro this book.
  3. Blend milks, cheese, egg, butter, zest, juice and put in mold.
  4. Bake in a water bath to 175 degrees by 1 ½ hour.
  5. Take to the refrigerator when you chill overnight. Unmolding and serve.
