Ingredients
- 1 ½ Cups of milk evaporated Carnation
- 1 ¼ Cups of La Lechera sweetened condensed milk
- 8 Ounces or 220 grams of cream cheese
- 5 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon of lemon zest
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Stick of butter at room temperature
For candy
- 1 Cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 1 Sliver of cinnamon
Instructions
- Take the fire candy ingredients and cook to form a thread.
- Cover a round mold of 8 inches or 20 centimentro this book.
- Blend milks, cheese, egg, butter, zest, juice and put in mold.
- Bake in a water bath to 175 degrees by 1 ½ hour.
- Take to the refrigerator when you chill overnight. Unmolding and serve.
