Ingredients
  • 150 GR. of spaghetti black (Spaghetti Al nero di sepia)
  • 100 GR. Peeled Shrimp
  • 1 egg cooked
  • 100 GR. of salmon smoked
  • 50 GR. edam cheese (cheese ball)
  • 75 GR. of surimi
  • dill
  • oil and salt.
Instructions
  1. Put to warm in a casserole hearty water salt.
  2. When break to boil add the prawns.
  3. Let Cook 10 minutes and remove the prawns and the scum that is there will be formed.
  4. In that same water Cook the spaghetti black during a 5 or 10 minutes.
  5. Peel the prawns and put them in a bowl, together with the egg cooked chopped, the salmon and cheese cut into small cubes, surimi and paste.
  6. Season with oil of olive and dill.
