Ingredients
  1. 3 boiled small potatoes.
  2. ½ cup corn kernels
  3. ¼ teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  4. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  5. 2 ½ TSP white wine vinegar
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
  7. 1 tablespoon chives (Onion china) chopped
  8. ¼ cup chopped celery
  9. 12 ounces of crab, cubed
  10. 1 avocado, cubed
  11. ¼ teaspoon salt
  12. 1 pinch of pepper black
  13. 1 tomato chopped

Instructions
  1. Place the grains of corn in water boiling for one minute. Remove from water and let them apart.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil and chives.(Onion) Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  3. Combine them in another bowl with corn grains, celery and crab. Add and stir the dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Gently, Add the chopped tomatoes and diced avocado. Serve.
