  3. • 2 1/2 cups flour
  4. • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  5. • 1 1/4 teaspoons yeast
  6. • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  7. • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  8. • 1/2 cup butter
  9. • 2 medium-sized bananas made pure
  10. • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  11. • 3 large eggs
  12. • 3/4 Cup water

  15. • 3 tablespoons flour.
  16. • 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  17. • 1 Cup skimmed milk
  18. • 1 large egg
  19. • 1 tablespoon butter
  20. • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  21. • 2 medium bananas, ripe sliced
  22. • Whipped cream
  23. • 1 Cup brown sugar
  24. • 1/2 cup butter
  25. • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions to make the cupcake with banana and nuts
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. If you want to, coat the mold for the cupcakes with coating paper.
  2. Prepare the topping by combining brown sugar, the butter and cream in a small saucepan over low heat . Stir constantly while it heats. Remove from heat as soon as the butter melts.
  3. Pour the mixture into the bottom of the moulds. Sprinkle the walnuts on top of the mixture.
  4. Mix the sugar and the butter softened in a large bowl. Add mashed banana and vanilla. Mix for 1 minute at low speed. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed for 30 seconds after each egg
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, bicarbonate, yeast and salt. Stir well. Add half of the flour mixture to the egg mixture. Mix at low speed for a minute. Add remaining flour mixture and the butter. Mix at low speed during 1 minute. Pour batter into each mold of the cupcakes until they cover half of them. Make sure that the mixture is uniformly extended and is about the topping, that I use to pre-populate.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of cupcakes comes out clean.
  7. Cool molds during 3 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. While cupcakes are baking, You must prepare the filling. Combine flour, sugar and salt in a medium saucepan. Over medium heat, Add the milk little by little stirring. Continue stirring and heating until the mixture begins to boil.
  9. Add approximately 1/4 Cup of the hot mixture to the egg beaten into a container apart in order to moderate the beaten egg and mix well. Continue constantly churning the milk mixture and add the egg to the mixture. Stir and cook until mixture is bubbly.
  10. Remove from the heat. Add the vanilla and butter. Cool 15 minutes at room temperature and then cool down for at least an hour.
