Ingredients
  1. 900 grams of Zucchini
  2. 450 grams of potatoes
  3. 9 Spoon sour cream
  4. 90 grams of green onions (Onion oxtail)
  5. salt to taste
  6. pepper to taste
  7. Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Peel the potatoes and Zucchini.
  2. Then cut into small pieces.
  3. Cooking boiling water with salt for 15 minutes
  4. Meanwhile in a non-stick skillet fry green onions sliced (including their tails) with a bit of olive oil
  5. Then, put the zucchini, the potatoes and green onions in a blender along with the sour cream and a little water (which we use to boil them)
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Then put the mixture in the Pan where fry green onions and simmer for 5 minutes
  8. Serve hot and each dish add some pieces of toasted bread.
