Ingredients
- 900 grams of Zucchini
- 450 grams of potatoes
- 9 Spoon sour cream
- 90 grams of green onions (Onion oxtail)
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and Zucchini.
- Then cut into small pieces.
- Cooking boiling water with salt for 15 minutes
- Meanwhile in a non-stick skillet fry green onions sliced (including their tails) with a bit of olive oil
- Then, put the zucchini, the potatoes and green onions in a blender along with the sour cream and a little water (which we use to boil them)
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Then put the mixture in the Pan where fry green onions and simmer for 5 minutes
- Serve hot and each dish add some pieces of toasted bread.
