Cauliflower is one of vegetables rich in nutrients but not as appreciated as it should be, And it is also a versatile vegetable that is cooked as a salad that I eat puree and now we bring you this recipe to prepare baked cauliflower, a delicious way to take a rich dish that also gives us lots of vitamins and minerals, and it is fast.

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- cumin
- salt to taste
- olive oil
- pepper to taste
- lemon
- cheese Gratin.
Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and wash very well until they are clean. Place these chunks in boiling water during 20 minutes, or until they are tender.
- Put these pieces of cauliflower in a pan with a little olive oil and cumin so that they continue. When browned slightly add lemon, pepper and then move all the Pan baked so that it melts with a bit of Parmesan cheese.
- Let that golden brown the cauliflower in the oven during 5 to 7 minutes, until they are to our liking and remove from the oven. Is ready to be tasted warm.
