Today I'll teach to prepare an exquisite recipe with one of the meats more versatile that there is.

 

The chop: It is the part of the meat that is close to the ribs. Can be of pork, sheep or lamb.

Ingredients
  • 5 chops
  • 1 pound of mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 paprika
  • 2 cups of meat broth
  • ½ Cup red wine
  • ½ Cup milk cream
  • ¼ Cup of olive oil
  • Pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Instructions
    1. Marinate the pork chops with the grated onion, paprika, mustard olive oil, garlic paste, salt and pepper and let them by 3 or 4 hours.
    2. Placed the chops to fry in a frying pan with a bit of butter. You should leave them until golden brown on both sides (more or less half an hour)
    3. In another satin place flour and leave it until it takes a golden color.
    4. Take the pork chops and add the meat broth, wine, milk cream, the sauce that was left of the adobe and half of the mushrooms sliced.
    5. Stir and you're slowly adding the Golden flour. Cook over low heat stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Leave it until it thickens.
    6. Add the other half of the mushrooms and boil it.
    7. Serve them immediately.
