Ingredients
  1. 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into thick strips
  2. 1 red paprika, in pieces
  3. 1 medium onion, in pieces
  4. the white of 1 Leek, in Julienne
  5. 2 cloves of garlic, crushed

Instructions
