Balls of hake and prawn

This is a delicious to eat fish. In addition, It is one of the few foods that add sauce of tomato gives a new dimension to the dish: eating the meatballs with or without sauce of tomato is like eating two dishes different and, from my point of palate, more richly with sauce.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 400 g. hake
  • 200 g. prawn
  • 1 Onion
  • Flour
  • Crushed tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper

Elaboration:

  • Chop fine (We can do it with the mixer, with a grinder or by hand) fish.
  • Add beaten egg and finely chopped onion and mix well.
  • Form small balls with the dough above and the enharinamos, shake to remove excess.
  • Fry them in hot olive oil.
  • A time we finish of frying them, pour the tomato crushed in skillet, you add salt and cook to fire slow the ball during 5 Minutillo.
  • We sprinkle with parsley and serve.

It is very important, to the chop the fish, wring it out very well, to make the dough more consistency and is easier to make the balls.
