Ingredients
  • 1 a kilo of beef (Tenderloin, Goose, etc.), cut in 8 steaks
  • 1/2 Cup grated onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 cup oil for frying
  • 1 large wheel onion
  • 8 eggs
Instructions
  1. Mix the grated onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Salt, pepper and the tablespoon of oil and with this marinade rub steaks, left aside by 1/2 time
  2. In a frying pan add the rest of the oil to heat. Add steaks, without the marinade, is fried until golden brown; a few 3 to 4 minutes in total, almost to be, is added to the pan the onion on wheels with the marinade and FRY until golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile, in another pan, fry the eggs cooked in oil not very hot. To serve them, a steak is put into each dish and wheels over the fried onions and a fried egg.
