This dish is originally from Puerto Rico, more specifically, It is taken from a restaurant in Aguas Buenas called Sirimar.

Ingredients for the adobo
  1. - Leaves of parsley.
  2. - Oil.
  3. - Salt.
  4. - 3 cloves of garlic, chopped.
  5. - Sweet paprika.
Ingredients for the others
  1. · - 1 pound (453 Gr.) fresh tuna, chopped.
  2. · - 1 tablespoon of oil of oliva virgen extra.
  3. · - ½ Onion chopped.
  4. · - 3 slices of anchovy, chopped.
  5. · - 1 lemon medium, with its juice and pulp.
  6. · - 2 tablespoons butter.

Instructions for the adobo
  1. 1. In a mortar, pour the leaves of parsley (without the stem), the salt and the garlic chopped.
  2. 2. Crush all the mixing, until is a joint homogeneous.
  3. 3. In this moment, pour the oil (be done in this order, so do not splash both to the crush with the mortar).
  4. 4. Add a tablespoon of paprika sweet to the mix, remove all well and already is ready the adobo.
Preparation of the dish with the adobo ready
  1. 1. Season the tuna with marinade.
  2. 2. Melt the butter and add olive oil. Sauté the tuna.
  3. 3. Add the minced onion, anchovies, the capers and lemon.
  4. Simmer during 3 o 5 minutes
