Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 Cup of bread crumbs
  • nutmeg
  • garlic
  • milk
  • flour
  • fat for frying.
Instructions

  3. Cook for 5 minutes , remove from the heat, leave to cool and join with 2 lightly beaten eggs and mix well, form meatballs, wrap in flour and FRY in hot grease. Serve drenched in tomato sauce.
