Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 Cup of bread crumbs
- nutmeg
- garlic
- milk
- flour
- fat for frying.
Instructions
- Sancochar fish, remove the skin and bones and chop until becomes it a paste, then add 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs, bread crumb wet in milk and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan , FRY 1 clove of garlic, When it is well Golden, remove it and check out r fish paste seasoning with salt, pepper and nutmeg
- Cook for 5 minutes , remove from the heat, leave to cool and join with 2 lightly beaten eggs and mix well, form meatballs, wrap in flour and FRY in hot grease. Serve drenched in tomato sauce.
